Job Title: Investment Adviser Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Investment Adviser Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our investment advisers, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review daily, monthly, and annual reports, client correspondence, and take ownership of project work.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist with the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to our investment advisers, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with the implementation of new business initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the investment industry.
  • IR Licensed or successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course, as well as the Conduct and Practices Handbook.
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Dataphile, Croesus, and Thomson Reuters is an asset.
