Job Title: Senior Competitive Intelligence Manager

Sonova AG, a global leader in innovative hearing solutions, is seeking a Senior Competitive Intelligence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we have a comprehensive understanding of the market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze competitive activities, market trends, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the global Hearing Instruments marketing, sales, and R&D teams to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including data & analytics, marketing operations, and other functions.
  • Collaborate with regions to ensure local and global synergies, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
  • Proactively seek out innovative approaches to maximize budget efficiencies and quality of outputs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or Psychology; MBA is an asset.
  • 10+ years of experience in similar business-facing roles, ideally in healthcare or medical devices, with experience in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
