Senior Product Manager

RouteThis is a B2B SaaS company revolutionizing customer support services with intelligent automation software solutions. We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to drive product-related business decisions and lead the development of innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead market research and customer relationship evaluation to identify growth opportunities and strategies
- Conduct customer/user interviews, competitive analysis, and market gap analysis to understand opportunities for expanding the product suite
- Identify, validate, and prioritize product development initiatives, building business cases as necessary
- Formulate the product plan and align internal stakeholders with the developed roadmap strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute the product development and go-to-market strategy for key roadmap deliverables
- Establish and manage user groups to identify experience gaps between design and development phases
- Own product success OKRs/KPIs from ideation through development to launch and beyond
- Proven experience in owning revenue goals for product lines and contributing to ACV lifts through new product and feature introduction
- Experience conceiving and delivering multiple, innovative SaaS products from ideation to revenue generation
- Accountable for the end-to-end success of the strategy, delivery, and user experience for products/product portfolios
- Successful track record of bringing large/complex products or features to market with measurable market success
- Willingness to travel (10%)
