Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Tziachris Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales workers, ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are working efficiently
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
