Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Tziachris Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
