We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire #695 Whitecourt.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales floor staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
