Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

Tziachris Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment:

Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be expected to work a 35-hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.
