Job Summary

Tziachris Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Store Maintenance: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, dependable, initiative, and ability to multitask
