Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling construction documents for the Trillium Guideway Partners project. This involves developing and implementing document control procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and providing training to project team members.

Trillium Guideway Partners is a leading construction company that prides itself on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our Ontario Line project.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement document control procedures and policies
- Provide training to project team members on document control systems and processes
- Offer ongoing support and assistance to project stakeholders regarding document control queries and issues
- Ensure proper storage, cataloging, and retrieval of project documents and records using document management systems or software
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date document registers, logs, and databases to track document status and history
- Facilitate the application of quality control procedures to documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and standards
- Conduct regular quality checks and reviews of documents to identify and address any discrepancies or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with project management and stakeholders to implement best practices and streamline document control workflows

Requirements:
- Proficiency in document management systems, such as Unifier, SharePoint, ProjectWise, Asite, or similar tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with project teams, contractors, and consultants
- Ability to manage multiple document control tasks within tight deadlines
- Experience in designing and implementing efficient document control workflows
- Familiarity with construction documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and as-built documentation
