We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Asset Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all applicable programs and services within our designated communities/region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in management, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a managerial/supervisory role. They will be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders, managing an area budget, and participating in strategic planning. Additionally, they will ensure seamless implementation and successful execution of all programs and services in the area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. They will also have a strong focus on process and continuous improvement, with the ability to analyze area performance and provide feedback and guidance to team members.

Key responsibilities will include:
