Job Title: LTC Clinical Leadership Position in South Ontario

Southbridge Care Homes, a leading provider of long-term care and retirement homes in Ontario, is seeking an experienced Regional Clinical Consultant to join our team. About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional with a strong background in long-term care to provide clinical guidance and leadership to our portfolio of LTC and Retirement homes in south Ontario. As a Regional Clinical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consultative support to Executive Directors, assisting with recruitment and selection of clinical leaders, and mentoring teams through education and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing guidance and leadership consultation on quality improvement and risk mitigation
  • Assisting Executive Directors with recruitment and selection of new Directors of Care
  • Mentoring teams through education and coaching
  • IPAC background (preferred)


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Current RN certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Minimum 3 years experience in LTC in leadership roles
  • Familiarity with FLTCA, 2021 and RHRA regulations
  • Ability to deal with crisis situations promptly and effectively
