Job Description

We seek a skilled Cybersecurity Threat Hunter to strengthen our security team in Montreal. The selected candidate will develop robust cybersecurity solutions, conduct detailed vulnerability scans, manage specialized tools like Qualys, and participate in SecOps activities to protect the business from emerging threats.

  • Cybersecurity Solution Design: Develop and deploy strategies to secure IT assets.
  • Cyber Security Tool Management: Optimize the use of various cyber security tools within the information security management system.
  • Participate in SecOps Activities: Continuously monitor security posture, manage incidents, and respond rapidly.
  • Technology Watch: Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
  • Training and Mentoring: Provide training on infrastructure security best practices to infrastructure teams.
Requirements
  • Degree in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Expertise in vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and information security management systems.
  • Technical knowledge: Azure, VMWare, Windows Servers, Office365, Active Directory, GPO, SentinelOne, Delinea, Qualys, Forescout, Linux, Kali, PowerShell, Shellscript, Fortinet FW, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSiem.
  • A certification such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ is highly recommended.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations based on analytics.
Work Arrangements

This position requires 2-3 days per week at our Montreal-East office.
