We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SOC Manager to lead our client's Security Operations Center team in EMEA. As a leader in the field of cybersecurity, we value expertise, innovation, and collaboration.

**Job Overview:**
The successful candidate will oversee and manage a talented team of Security Analysts, guiding them in post-incident reviews and complex event investigations. They will also be responsible for monitoring and analysing security events, escalating incidents as needed, and conducting threat hunting activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and oversee the SOC team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to customers
  • Manage and mentor Security Analysts, fostering growth and development within the team
  • Lead complex event investigations and incident response activities, driving results-oriented solutions
  • Ensure key security operations actions meet customer needs and requirements, maintaining a high level of satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyse security events, identifying potential threats and taking proactive measures
  • Conduct threat hunting activities, leveraging intelligence feeds and toolsets to stay ahead of emerging threats
  • Collaborate with IT teams to address security concerns without impacting business operations, promoting seamless integration
  • Maintain awareness of the evolving threat landscape, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies

**Requirements:**
We are looking for an individual with advanced knowledge of intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM software, and network protocols. Experience with Mac OS, Windows, and Unix systems is essential, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • 8+ years of hands-on SOC experience, with a proven track record of leadership and success
