The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Technical Business Analyst to join the IT Services and Support Branch as a Linkin Support Analyst.

As part of a dynamic team, you will provide first-level business system support to frontline users of the Linkin system. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting applications and programs in collaboration with Ministry program areas and technology partners.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve defects and errors in the system. Additionally, you will assist in planning and implementing system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You must be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, document business requirements, and present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
