Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate employee onboarding process, including new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to HR team, including responding to employee inquiries and maintaining HRIS system
  • Assist with recruitment process, including screening and evaluating applicants
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees
Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma in Human Resources Management
  • 3-5 years' experience in human resources, preferably in a construction industry
  • CHRP designation an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
