About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ON-TIME HUMAN RESOURCES - MISSISSAUGA. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, and ensure that all documents are properly stored and secured.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of our office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensure that all areas are clean and organized.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, and provide support to our team members as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
