Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

Punjab Street Bar & Grill Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures, promoting a positive work culture.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, attracting top talent to our team.
  • Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring secure and efficient data storage.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a 30 to 40 hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.

  • Organized and accurate with a strong sense of reliability and accountability.
