We are seeking a reliable and physically fit General Labourer to join our team at Upper Canada Growers Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop maintenance, harvesting, and transportation. This is a seasonal position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- Fertilize and spray crops
- Harvest crops
- Transport crops to storage facilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks on farm equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in agriculture or a related field
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour
- Valid driver's license
- Competitive hourly wage
