Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Upper Canada Growers Ltd. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Fertilize and spray crops to prevent pests and diseases.
  • Harvest crops at the right time to maximize quality and quantity.
Work Environment

You will be working outdoors in a rural area, exposed to various weather conditions, including wet, hot, and cold temperatures.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • You must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel.
  • You should have good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to distinguish between colors.
