About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Upper Canada Growers Ltd. as a key member of our crop management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Fertilize and spray crops to promote healthy growth and prevent pests and diseases.
  • Harvest crops at the right time to ensure maximum quality and quantity.
Work Environment

As an Agricultural Labourer, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions, including wet, hot, and cold temperatures.

Requirements
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and stand for extended periods.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
