Responsibilities:
  1. Review and assess referral requests from clinicians to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  2. Coordinate with healthcare providers to gather additional details and clarify referral information.
  3. Respond promptly to client and team communications, maintaining professionalism and compassion in every interaction.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for clients, guiding them through the referral process and keeping them informed of their status.
