York Catholic District School Board is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Manager of Human Resources Information Systems.

Job Summary:

The Manager of Human Resources Information Systems will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and processes. This includes designing and implementing HRIS systems, developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to HR staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement HRIS systems to support HR functions
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to HR staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR systems and processes align with organizational goals
  • Monitor and analyze HR data to inform business decisions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
