Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert advice and guidance on their financial needs, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on commercial lending, credit risk management, and business growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, working closely with clients to develop and implement business plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in commercial banking, credit risk management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending processes, credit risk management, and business growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary range of $54,500.00 - $101,500.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
