Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored financial solutions
  • Conduct credit analysis and provide recommendations on loan applications
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of financial services
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of business banking products and lending processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and French
