Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Dr. Bonnie Randhawa Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Task Management: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with our office staff, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
