Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ritz Floor & Decor Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up actions
  • Office Maintenance
    • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
    • Ensure the office is clean and organized
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week
