Business Development Consultant

The Business Development Consultant role at ServiceMaster Brands is a dynamic opportunity for a talented professional to drive franchise sales and profit growth, while coaching for operational excellence and enforcing brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute annual sales, marketing, and financial plans for assigned franchisees.
- Provide high-level business consulting expertise and advice to franchisees, focusing on operational excellence and brand standards.
- Identify business needs and opportunities for improvement, leveraging company operating systems and resources.
- Facilitate learning and sharing of best practices through group presentations, face-to-face training, and other formats.
- Ensure full brand standards compliance, performing field audits for quality assurance and providing action plans to resolve system noncompliance.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations management or related fields, with a focus on project management, leadership, and financial acumen.
- Strategic and innovative thinking skills, with the ability to review financials and key metrics to determine corrective courses of action.
- Executive presence, with the ability to speak publicly and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and large group settings.
