About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Resources Consultant to join our team at Siemens Healthineers. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with business leaders to analyze and drive cultural change in line with business strategy.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to leverage HR expertise and drive business results.
  • Ensure implementation of Global and National HR Strategies, aligned with local needs.
  • Lead the implementation of HR programs and initiatives across Canada.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR relevant field or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in HR Business Consultant/Partner capacity.
  • Experience in a global matrixed organization considered an asset.
  • Fluency in French is considered an asset.
