Business Resources Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Resources Consultant to join our team at Siemens Healthineers. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with business leaders to analyze and drive cultural change in line with business strategy.
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives.
- Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to leverage HR expertise and drive business results.
- Ensure implementation of Global and National HR Strategies, aligned with local needs.
- Lead the implementation of HR programs and initiatives across Canada.
- Bachelor's degree in HR relevant field or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in HR Business Consultant/Partner capacity.
- Experience in a global matrixed organization considered an asset.
- Fluency in French is considered an asset.
