Condominium Property Manager Lead

We are seeking an experienced Condominium Property Manager to lead our team in Edmonton. As a licensed Community Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and management requirements for a portfolio of condominiums. Your strong customer service and organizational skills will enable you to work effectively with board members to ensure the terms of our management agreement are met.

Responsibilities
  • Manage properties within the assigned building portfolio, overseeing facility operations, liaising with owners/tenants/clients, and ensuring contractor standards are met.
  • Provide bottom-line accountability for contract operational results, including Key Performance Indicator components.
  • Implement contract budgets and control expenditures according to budget figures.
  • Manage and supervise Magnum York site employees.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with directors, owners, clients, tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of experience in property management is required.
  • Previous experience managing maintenance, mechanical projects, and subcontracted services is preferred.
  • Holds a valid real estate license (Condominium Management Associate) through RECA.
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, computerized accounting systems, and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, administrative, and accounting processes.
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of CPA and regulations, familiarity with condominium bylaws.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer care and client management skills.
  • Valid Driver's License, clean Driver's Abstract, and access to a vehicle.
