SAP Senior Principal Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Finance professional to lead our SAP S/4HANA Transformation programs. As a Senior Principal, you will be responsible for anchoring proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts, leading the functional and technical solution for large-scale SAP Finance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead blueprinting and design sessions for new project initiatives in Finance area
  • Interact and coordinate with client Senior Finance leads
  • Develop and implement SAP Finance solutions for Account Receivables, Account Payables, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Legal Consolidations, Project Accounting, and Finance Master Data
  • Anchoring proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts
  • Lead the functional and technical solution for SAP S/4HANA Transformation programs
  • Conduct requirements workshops with global IT professionals and subject matter experts
  • Configure and design SAP functionality and processes
  • Define, execute, and support testing of the solution
  • Perform knowledge transfer to clients and supporting organizations
  • Support management of project execution from start to finish
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver quality results
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of SAP Finance experience in large transformation programs
  • At least 2 full lifecycle S/4 HANA implementations at large clients
  • Experience with SAP Activate Implementation Methodology and key deliverables
  • A proven track record of leading and managing both large and small, global and local teams
  • SAP S/4HANA certification
  • Large global consulting work experience is highly desirable
