Senior Manager, HR Digital Solutions Enablement, Contract

What is the Opportunity?
As a Senior Manager, HR Digital Solutions Enablement, you will be responsible for driving business improvement by investigating root causes of problems, analyzing opportunities, and facilitating the implementation of recommendations. You will demonstrate expertise in applying various methodologies, such as design thinking, agile, and lean six sigma, to complex situations. Your role will involve successful definition of requirements to deliver a positive user experience and increase adoption of HR digital tools.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with key stakeholders in HR and T&O to conduct problem analysis and identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Investigate and analyze business situations to identify options for improvement and perform gap analysis between current and future states.
- Assist in establishing priority and portfolio objectives leveraging business analysis expertise and assess and recommend highest value-added solution options.
- Understand the business context and the impacts of proposed changes on people, processes, organizational structure, policies, and technology.
- Assess and communicate risks associated with changes and strategy to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular assessments of requirements progress on projects against business objectives and ensure program team and stakeholders have knowledge of enterprise standard requirements methodology.
- Coordinate and monitor multiple simultaneous projects to prevent or minimize potential negative impacts and ensure stakeholder buy-in and support of requirements strategy.
- Enable others to work collaboratively across functional groups by establishing and maintaining a culture of trust and shared vision.
- Provide guidance, feedback, coaching, and mentoring to build capabilities of team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of experience working in digital and operational teams with a focus on process excellence and digital adoption.
- Contributing to large-scale product roadmaps and strategy on a global scale.
- Demonstrated design thinking mindset building processes and solutions with end-users in mind.
- Experience collaborating with complex teams using agile methodologies and tools.
- Strong impact and influence skills for working with senior leaders.
- Proven change management skillset driving adoption of digital solutions.
