We are seeking a highly skilled Cage Supervisor to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our Cage Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming floor.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual who is looking to take their career to the next level. As a Cage Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing cash handling operations, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Distribute, verify, and reconcile floats to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Verify or complete large cash transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Process machine fills, machine jackpots, cancelled credits, table fills, and credits with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Complete all ATM procedures according to established protocols.
  • Servicing the NRT machine to fill the money and ensure terminal functionality.
  • Verify and complete ticket redemptions, and approve cashier's transactions.
  • Monitor and report all discrepancies and suspicious cash activities.
  • Document and reconcile transactions and cash equivalents; provide reports.
  • Communicate effectively with all operational departments.
  • Build working relationships with internal and external guests.
  • Comply with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in high-volume cash handling.
  • Experience in a guest-facing role.
  • A vested interest in further developing managerial skills within CB Canada.
  • Strong communication and mathematical skills.
  • Possess a quick reaction time to respond, resolve, or escalate cage issues when needed.
  • Knowledge and ability to monitor and report all discrepancies and suspicious cash/activities.
