Food Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring efficient service delivery;
- Establish effective methods to meet work schedules and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment;
- Maintain relationships with customers, addressing complaints or concerns promptly and professionally;
- Prepare and submit reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions;
- Foster a culture of teamwork, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance and promoting employee development opportunities.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service or related industry, preferably in a supervisory role;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff;
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance;
- Ambitious individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- An estimated annual salary range of $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience;
