We are seeking an experienced Culinary Professional to lead our kitchen team as a skilled Executive Chef.
About the RoleThis permanent position involves creating innovative menus, instructing and supervising cooks, and ensuring high-quality food standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing kitchen staff, training new employees, and maintaining efficient workflow.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
- Instruct and train kitchen staff on preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques
- Schedule and supervise kitchen operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain quality control by monitoring food preparation and presentation
- Degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of leadership in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team-oriented atmosphere
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 based on industry standards.
