About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and coaching to your team, mentoring and coaching team members, and championing corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Champion corporate initiatives and policies, and communicate them effectively to the team.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers to drive business growth.
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through industry involvement and courses.

Requirements

  • General Insurance Level 2 License required.
  • Supervisory experience leading teams to meet and achieve sales targets.
  • Involvement in industry-related associations and community involvement.
  • Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed.
