Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Kenny U-Pull, a subsidiary of AIM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service while meeting corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and production targets.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, sales, and production targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered while meeting corporate objectives.
  • Health & Safety: Apply environmental and Health & Safety rules and procedures, and assist the Branch Manager with monthly Health & Safety audits.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including cash deposits, employee payroll, schedules, and other related duties.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' experience in customer service and one (1) year experience in a management role.
  • Education: College or university diploma.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, collaborative and team-oriented, good time management and prioritization skills, and ability to demonstrate empathy.
