Position Overview:

The Branch Manager will take charge of all facets of the branch's operations, including sales, service dispatching, and team leadership. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

  • Provide effective leadership to the branch team, cultivating a positive and productive workplace.
  • Guide and mentor branch personnel, including technicians and administrative staff.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among branch staff and other company locations.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daily operations to guarantee efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company policies.
  • Implement best practices for service dispatching and operations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet branch revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee the branch budget, managing expenses and revenue effectively.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team for accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  • Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity, ideally within the commercial overhead door and loading dock sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and operational management skills.
  • Proven success in sales and business development.
  • Familiarity with service management software.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment.
