Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Kenny U-Pull, a subsidiary of AIM. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and production targets.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, sales, and production targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered while meeting corporate objectives.
- Health & Safety: Apply environmental and Health & Safety rules and procedures, and assist the Branch Manager with monthly Health & Safety audits.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including cash deposits, employee payroll, schedules, and other duties as required.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years' experience in customer service and one (1) year experience in a management role.
- Education: College or university diploma.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, collaborative and team-oriented, good time management and prioritization skills, and ability to demonstrate empathy.
