Position Overview

Work Schedule: To be discussed (availability required for one weekend every two weeks)
Type: Permanent, full-time role
Location: To be determined

As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to oversee a dedicated team, manage daily operations, and ensure that outstanding customer service is consistently delivered while achieving corporate goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering a welcoming and secure work environment;
  • Implementing environmental and Health & Safety protocols;
  • Assisting the Branch Manager with regular Health & Safety assessments;
  • Overseeing daily operations, including scheduling and sales targets;
  • Supporting team members by engaging in daily tasks and operational projects;
  • Facilitating employee communications in collaboration with the Branch Manager;
  • Cooperating with various internal stakeholders to ensure effective business processes;
  • Conducting quarterly evaluations of hourly staff alongside the Branch Manager;
  • Handling various administrative duties (cash handling, payroll, scheduling, etc.);
  • Assisting in the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new team members;
  • Acting as a champion for organizational changes and actively participating in their implementation.
Qualifications
  • At least three (3) years of experience in customer service;
  • A minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory capacity;
  • Possession of a college or university diploma;
  • Experience in retail or automotive sales is advantageous.
