About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Inhouse by Industria. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for our team members.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, have attention to detail, and be a team player.
