About the Role

University Health Network (UHN) is seeking an experienced Business/HRIS Analyst to join its People and Culture team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the data and programmatic upkeep of the current HRIS platform (VIP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain KPIs and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Benchmark best practices in HR and quality improvement measures.
  • Design and develop standard and ad hoc reports for internal and external purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and data needs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to business users.
  • Conduct analysis to support hoc requests and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reporting.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare or human resources decision support environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HR systems (VIP, SumTotal) and practices.
  • Experience with project planning methodology and SQL, Power BI, and Crystal Report writing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
