University Health Network (UHN) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its People and Culture team. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the data and programmatic upkeep of the current HRIS platform (VIP).
Key Responsibilities
- Technical lead for reporting, KPIs, system upgrades, patches, testing, and other projects as assigned.
- Generate standard queries and analysis of employee-related data.
- Act as a consultant for business users to understand business requirements, data, and reporting needs.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare or human resources decision support environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of HR systems (VIP, SumTotal) and practices.
- Experience with project planning methodology.
- Advanced use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, and Crystal Report writing.
