Job Title: Supervisor of Delivery Drivers

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Supervisor of Delivery Drivers to join our team at 9297-0839 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to improve delivery times and reduce costs.
  • Provide training and guidance to delivery drivers on safe driving practices, customer service, and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of logistics operations.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively supervise and motivate a team of delivery drivers.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Fluency in English or French (both languages are accepted).
