We are seeking a skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team at 9297-0839 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of transportation activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Coordinating and scheduling transportation activities to meet customer demands
  • Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Providing awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees
  • Supporting employees with foreign credential recognition and providing mentorship opportunities

The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license, excellent oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
