Delivery Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at 9297-0839 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend Improvements: Recommend measures to improve work methods and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Requisition Materials: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operations.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
English or French.
Work Term:Permanent.
Hours:35 hours per week.
