Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at 9297-0839 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and information to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare Reports and Recommendations: Prepare production and other reports to identify areas for improvement and recommend measures to enhance work methods.
  • Requisition and Order Materials: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.
  • Transportation and Travel: Ensure that all delivery drivers have a valid driver's license and are aware of our transportation and travel policies.
  • Team Player: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting excellent oral communication, organization, and teamwork among our staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English or French
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
