Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at 9297-0839 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and information to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare Reports and Recommendations: Prepare production and other reports to identify areas for improvement and recommend measures to enhance work methods.
  • Requisition and Order Materials: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.
  • Transportation and Travel: Ensure that all delivery drivers have valid driver's licenses and are aware of transportation/travel requirements.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and work effectively as a team player.
Support for Diverse Groups:
  • Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Assist with immediate settlement needs and support foreign credential recognition.
  • Support for Youths: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
  • Support for Veterans: Provide awareness training to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities.
  • Support for Mature Workers: Provide awareness training to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Offer mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.

Work Environment: This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English or French.
