About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead and execute small to large-scale engineering projects from conceptual design to construction and operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, tendering, and construction of dams, hydraulic structures, and other water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality project deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, including mentoring and training.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in project delivery.
Requirements
  • Registered or eligible to register as a Professional Engineer in Canada.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the design and construction of dams, hydraulic structures, and other water infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including experience in project management, leadership, and technical expertise.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience in contributing to proposals, technical reports, and project correspondence.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
