Job OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional Digital Customer Experience & E-Commerce Advisor to join our team. As a key player in driving our online customer journey, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of all online-only programs, launching new brands, and developing promotional strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities- Oversee the implementation and management of all online-only programs.
- Lead the online launch of new brands, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
- Develop and optimize promotional strategies, including dynamic coupons, value cues for search landing pages, value cues badges, and flyer integration.
- Analyze and optimize the customer journey funnel to improve conversion rates.
- Manage various content pages, including shop & brand pages, awareness pages, and operational pages.
- Bachelor's degree in business, e-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing.
- Cross-functional experience and ability to lead directly and through influence.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, and Figma (an asset).
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Driven, self-starter attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
