Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering our services to customers, working closely with them to define and execute on their project plans from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the initial onboarding process, ensuring a deep understanding of client goals, business, and data.
  • Partner with Customer Success to align client data setup and program configuration with desired outcomes.
  • Build confidence and trust with clients through project management methodologies and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within assigned client organizations.
  • Manage processes and procedures for activities covering provisioning, setup, data load, build, test, and deployment of customer systems and associated modules.
  • Conduct data discovery and implementation workshops, and ongoing consultation, to ensure optimized data implementation for long-term success.
  • Proactively identify data risks, assess potential impacts, and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Input and maintain designated business systems tools with up-to-date statuses, communications, conversations, and correspondence with Assent clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Assent teams to develop and enhance best-in-class processes, procedures, and templates.
  • Possess beginner to intermediate regulatory knowledge to consult with clients on program direction.
  • Utilize Assent's internal resources to proactively respond to client queries.
  • Stay informed and up-to-date with product releases and regulatory updates to best support Assent's clients.
  • Serve as a friendly and professional frontline contact with Assent's clients.
  • Familiarize yourself with corporate security policies and follow guidance set out by processes and procedures of Assent.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • A University, College, and/or Post Graduate Certificate in a related area of study or equal working experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years related work experience in customer success, project management, and/or consulting roles.
  • Working knowledge of consultative customer management and/or project management roles.
  • Experience working in a technology/SaaS and/or a Professional Services organization.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to build stable relationships in a collaborative environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to leverage all Excel functions to analyze and report complex datasets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to effectively prioritize and execute on several asks for many different client accounts and internal stakeholders.
  • Insatiable thirst for knowledge and ability to learn and keep yourself up-to-date with regards to changing regulations.
  • Maturity, poise, and professionalism.
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to see things from various points of view.
  • Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of others.
  • Strong team player with ability to lend a helping hand and contribute expertise to a diverse pool of resources.

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and Google Applications and other Office Productivity tools.
